These days we have been marveling at how much stronger Mina's little neck muscles have become. Now, instead of paying attention to getting her burps out, she rears up her head like a baby dinosaur to stare at the fascinating black and white patterns posted on on the wall behind us.
Did you hear that? That's the sound of Daddy's heart melting.
We spent a very pleasant Sunday afternoon at Tracy's new house. She bought a lovely 3 bedroom place in Pharmacy Flats, so we broke it in with a housewarming brunch. All the aunties (and Aaron as well, actually) cooed and cuddled and passed Mina around while we ate.
While we digested our bacon, Dan happily watched the Vikings while Tracy and Mallory knitted me and Mina matching hats. Then we took walk around the Memorial Parkway neighborhood to enjoy the last few colorful days of fall.
Mina is almost two weeks old. We took her on her first real outing to the farmer's market, but it was gusty and cold, so we bundled her good and tight. Can you tell that we are first time parents?
Thank you, friends, for feeding us when we couldn't feed ourselves. These aren't all of the people who were thoughtful enough to stop by, but here are some.
