We arrived early in the morning on Saturday, and were immediately put up in Chunda Palace. That afternoon was the Mehndi, when I finally got to meet Mehma and Nicky. We had to practice because all the girls did a dance.

In the evening they had the sangeet, which was a giant affair in another palace. It even had a DJ imported from Bombay and everything. The next morning was the first wedding in the gurudwara. In the evening was the wedding reception in a Floating Palace. A boat to get there, guards waiting on stone horses, courtyards, a two person band from Chandigarh, and loads of food.
