Woodburned stools

We donated two stools to the Rochester Chair Affair with these Celtic symbols. I gave them some fancy names like "Celtic Morning" and "Celtic Evening".

"Celtic symbols and designs have old and profound meanings. To gain strength and luck, the patterns were often used as wards and emblems on jewelry or furniture.  These “endless knot” symbols represent timelessness, and the flowing cycles of life, love, and death."
